The packaging complex for packing of popcorn is intended for packaging of popcorn by doses of 60 grams in a packet "pillow" with a speed up to 70 packagings a minute.
The complex is developed in 2017 by Russian Meal holding by request of one of the Russian enterprises. Its features are reliability and machine output.
Enter construction of a packaging complex:

- multigolovochny doser DPM-414;
- the boot conveyor with an excess;
- the taking-away RT-TNL conveyor.
Automatic packing machine
The automatic machine of the increased performance of RT-UM-26 — the universal packaging module of the increased performance. It is applied together with different types of dosers (screw, weight, liquid, volume) as a part of a packing and packaging complex.
Packs in advance dosed food and nonfood products into created automatically, by welding and cutting, three-sutural packets from the thermowelded films.
Modular construction allows to rebuild flexibly the machine under different types of packets, by simple adding of additional options.
The automatic machine is installed at the enterprises of the food industry and agriculture and also at other enterprises where packaging of loose and small-pieces products is required.
Doser
The Multigolovochny weight doser DPM-414 is used to dosing with a high accuracy of large-size and small-pieces products: cookies, crackers, gingerbreads, pelmeni, frozen goods and also products of similar structure.
The Multigolovochny doser measures doses of loose, small-pieces and piece products and also nonfood products of similar structure.
Dosers are installed as weight portioning devices of packing automatic packing machines, but can work and is autonomous.
Boot conveyor
The boot conveyor with an excess of RT-TVL-03 is intended for movement (giving) of loose and small-pieces foodstuff by humidity less than 15%, test semi-finished products, the frozen vegetables and fruit and also nonfood products of similar structure, in the boot bunker of the doser.
The conveyor is used as a part of packing and packaging lines with the multigolovochny doser, but no more than 30 kg can independently be used for transportation of the above-stated products by lump on a tape.
The taking-away conveyor
The tape taking-away RT-TNL-01 conveyor is intended for withdrawal of the packed products from the packing and packaging device on a receiving table.
Conveyors are installed in the enclosed space at the enterprises of the food industry and also other enterprises.
Service maintenance
For guaranty period Russian Meal regularly executes service maintenance of the installed equipment that does not demand from the customer of any additional finance costs.
