Russian meal

"The Russian Meal" – the producer of a food and packing equipment and also the equipment for unpacked storage, transportation, dosing of flour and other loose products. The company works at the market since 1994. For 2017 the central office and production are located in St. Petersburg. In many other cities, such as Moscow, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Minsk, representations and the service centers work.

Tests of an option of cutting of lateral faces of a packet of Sachet

In 2017 on experimental section of Russian Meal holding were successfully tested a prototype of an additional option for packing machines — "option of cutting of lateral faces of three and four-sutural packets of Sachet (Sachet)".

Application of this option is reasonable at production of packets from the metallized packing material with the one-sided thermowelded layer. From such film, as a rule, pack products susceptible to moisture, foreign smells, sunlight into packets (potato chips, confectionery, coffee, etc.)

In the course of creation of packaging from the metallized material on the face of lateral faces there can be a strip of a back layer that significantly reduces its attractiveness. The option of cutting allows to create an equal faultless lateral face.

According to Russian Meal, in litter future the option will become available to integration in a packing equipment of holding.

The equipment for packing of flour in craft bags doses up to 25 kg

Designers of Russian Meal holding provided on August 16 the equipment for packing of flour to ready craft bags. A basic element of installation — the weight doser RT-DVM-T-50. It is the first in an assortment line of Russian Meal doser allowing to pack up flour doses from 5 kg to 25 kg.

Principle of work of installation

Flour (or other product of similar consistence) on top comes to the receiving bunker of the doser using the giving conveyor from the storage bunker. A task of the operator to manually put on craft bag a vysypny funnel of the doser and to fix his mouth using pneumocapture of a bag. Pneumocapture works after simultaneous clicking of two, buttons spaced in different directions. Such scheme minimizes risks of getting injured during operation of the operator with the equipment.

Along with fixing of a bag, process of set of a necessary dose of a product in a tenzobunker is started. When the set dose is gathered, in the lower part of a tenzobunker the pneumolock opens and flour gets to a bag. The pneumolock automatically is closed and begins a set of the following dose. The operator repeatedly clicks two hands from two parties of installation, for pneumocapture shutdown. The filled bag under the influence of curb weight falls by a tape of the taking-away conveyor and moves to a zone of soldering of a polyethylene insert and a firmware of the upper edge.

At a final stage the packaged bags with flour undergo testing by the metaldetector or X-ray for existence of foreign inclusions, and then arrive to the operator for laying on pallets, for further transportation.

The developed system is hermetic that provides the minimum spraying of a product in a packing zone.

Basic complete set of installation

• The device of screw giving of a product in a tenzobunker, including a pneumovalve for a product cut-off at a set of a dose;
• Tenzobunker of 50 l with a pneumolock;
• Pneumocapture of a bag;
• Installation frame;
• The conveyor of withdrawal of the filled container;
• Control block with the touchpad.

Additional options

At the request of the customer can be set:

• Semi-automatic pulse zapayshchik of a polyethylene insert of a bag;
• Semi-automatic sack stitching machine;
• Metaldetector or X-ray (X-ray);
• Service platform;
• Boot conveyor;
• The boot bunker with level sensors.

Expansion of a line of divertor

In July, 2017 Russian Meal continues development of a line of divertor (flow switches). Earlier divertor with a diameter of 76 and 89 mm were released, now the divertor on a pipe with a diameter of 102 mm was added to them. Divertor is intended for redirection of a flow of bulks in the course of pneumotransportation. The operator far off, using the control panel the system of pneumotransport, selects the necessary line and switches a flow.

The main component of a divertor - switching an element as which the carriage with the fixed flexible polyurethane hose is used. Such construction creates high extent of sealing of a flow and the minimum resistance to it and also increases reliability of a product and simplifies process of its service.

Start in production of lines of packaging of the glazed bars

Capacity of the RT-UM-GSh-S11 packing machine many times exceeds performance of other packers of the RT-UM series and reaches 660 unitary enterprises/min.

In June, 2017 it became known that Russian Meal, by request of one of the Russian food companies, designed and delivered two large-scale lines of packaging of the glazed bars on production. Each line includes the high-speed RT-UM-GSh-S11 packing machine with the servo actuator and the system of autogluing together of a film, the transport systems of automatic feeding of a product on the film by the packer and the taking-away conveyor.

The main complexity and feature of this project consisted in development of the mechanism of an intake of the glazed bars directly from a production line that provides the continuous automated production and packaging process.
