The manual debagger — the simple and convenient equipment for unloading of the loose products packed into bags, the providing unloading process dedusting.

The device consists of the receiving bunker and an aspiration system.

The filter and the exhaust fan which create the small air flow extending dust in the debagger enter an aspiration system. They prevent spray of a product that minimizes losses of raw materials and improves a sanitary status of section of unloading.

The receiving bunker — the capacity into which the product is poured and from where it arrives further on a production line.

Case shaped parts of the manual debagger are made of stainless steel. Capacity of the accumulative bunker varies depending on individual tasks of the customer.

Most often manual debaggers are combined with a meshkooprakidyvatel, for minimization of manual work. Via the flange installed in the lower part, the debagger connects to different types of transport devices, most often to flexible spiral transport.

The manual debagger made at the Russian Meal plant has the following technical characteristics:

  • power consumption of the electric drive, (fan) - 1.5 kW;
  • Overall dimensions of the debagger: do not exceed 1050*1050*2200 mm (dlina*shirina*vysot).

Appointment

Each confectionery and baking enterprise respecting itself has well equipped section of unloading of loose and powdery raw materials. It allows: increase labor productivity, minimize losses of raw materials because of its spray at manual unloading, lower a vzryvopazhoroopasnost of workshop, mechanize manual work and improve a sanitary status.

Work of section of unloading is constructed on a uniform algorithm. Bags with a product unload in specially equipped warehouses for storage. In process of demand they are brought in an unloading zone where they are opened, and raw materials come to holding tanks, from where, using the transport systems, raw materials move on production sites.
