Meshkooprokidyvatel is intended for mechanization and simplification of manual work when unloading bags with loose raw materials weighing up to 50 kg.
Thanks to existence of a meshkooprokidyvatel the operator should not lift heavy bags with flour. It only starts a pneumatic actuator, having pressed the Rise button on the control panel that the equipment lifted a bag for its emptying in the debagger bunker.
Construction of a meshkooprokidyvatel extremely simple: the pneumatic drive, the village and a load-lifting tray with a footboard.
Principle of work: the bag with raw materials is placed on a footboard of a load-lifting tray. The pneumatic cylinder lifts a tray in the provision convenient for emptying of a bag. After its unloading the operator returns a tray in home position.
