Biography

Oleg Vindman graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod state technical university majoring in "power supply of industrial enterprises". Got second higher education in the Volga-Vyatka academy of public service in "the public and municipal administration".

• Since 1997 held different positions in the companies working at security market.
• From 1999 to 2005 there passed the career way from the head of department of securities to the vice chairman of the board of ONEKSIM-Volga bank (since 2003 — Rosbank Volga Ltd).
• In July, 2005 it is appointed the deputy chief representative of Societe Generale Vostok Bank (BSGV) in Nizhny Novgorod.
• Since March, 2007 – the director of work with corporate clients of the Nizhny Novgorod branch BSGV, in December of the same year is appointed the head of branch.
• In 2009 headed regional directorate across the Volga Federal District of BSGV.
• In 2012, after consolidation of Rosbank and BSGV, headed the Volga regional directorate of the united bank created based on branches in Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saratov, Kazan, Perm and Ufa.
• In September, 2017 Oleg Vindman entered a position of the CEO of Rosbank Faktoring company. On a new position he will be responsible for company management – the international factor, largest in Russia, working at the Russian financial market for 12 years and entering ten his leaders.
