Aruba a 8xxx-series - a line of network switches.
On September 12, 2017 the Aruba company announced availability of switches of the kernel level and aggregation of network of series 8400.
The Aruba switches of series 8400 are created especially for the developing mobile cloud applicaions and the changing nature of traffic which is caused by growth of quantity of data sources and devices of Internet of Things (IoT).
The Aruba switches of series 8400 are focused on use on the campus networks for expansion of intellectual opportunities of architecture from network edges to its core. Aruba 8400 technologies provide availability and performance of an operator class.
Switches of this series are initially developed taking into account the growing requirements to performance, reliability and scalability of modern networks. The scalable design of switching factory Aruba 8400 allows to provide seamless upgrade for increase in network transmission capacity. The technology of stacking Virtual Switching Framework (VSF) is implemented on two chassis. It provides support to 512 ports 10 GbE, 128 ports 40 GbE or 96 ports 100 GbE.
The software of ArubaOS-CX will help IT specialists to obtain better data for business and necessary information for troubleshooting, to increase efficiency of network infrastructure. Visualization of network condition and characteristics of traffic, to use of network analytics and the politician for forecasting and troubleshooting can save time and resources, to cut down expenses.
