Nezavisimost, Group (First BPM Form)

In September, 2013 in Nezavisimost group which specializes in sale and service of cars the management system implementation project First Form came to the end. Within the project processes of approval of agreements and execution of instructions for 14 geographically distributed divisions of Nezavisimost Group were automated.

Project Progress

Increase in speed of document flow in the company became the main objective of First Form.

"The first Form" provided to Nezavisimost group not only optimal complete solution on document flow acceleration, but also ample opportunities of setup of management.

During the project processes of access to data assets of the company and approval of commercial agreements were automated, instruments of setting and control of execution of orders are configured. As a result of creation of a transparent system of communications the efficiency of activity of all divisions of the company increased. It was succeeded to accelerate process of approvals, to optimize process of transfer of affairs to new employees and to increase performance excellence of instructions.

Implementation Results

As a result of implementation the management system allowed to arrange the mechanism of approval of documents, to integrate all divisions in a common information space and to quickly discuss tasks directly in a system. Daily about 400 people in all branches of dealer network of the company which integrates 17 motor shows in Moscow, 9 in Yekaterinburg and 5 in Ufa use The First Form system.
