Content

On September 19, 2017 the Ascon group announced implementation of integration of the solutions Pilot-ICE Enterprise and 1S:TOIR at the enterprise of the UralChem United chemical company — the Kirovo-Chepetsk Chemical Works (KCCW). Works on integration of Pilot-ICE Enterprise and 1S:TOIR were executed by the Regional center "ASCON-Kama".

Premises and project tasks

The problem of quality improvement and efficiency of accomplishment of repair work became starting point. All requests for repairs in KCCW branch pass through a 1C system: MRO. Up-to-date data about designs of premises, arrangement of the equipment, schemes of connection of the equipment to different engineering networks are necessary for power supply and the low-current systems for their high-quality accomplishment Service of maintenance and repairs, for example. This information contains in the project documentation on which construction and installation works were performed.

Earlier the staff of Service made in archive request for issue of documentation that reduced efficiency of accomplishment of repair work. Moreover, there were cases when in archive there was outdated documentation: in electronic form in drawings made changes, and did not hand over the changed version in archive. Work on the irrelevant project documentation involves different risks — from low-quality and long accomplishment of repair work to danger to receive an industrial injury.

It was succeeded to solve a problem by integration of a 1C system: TOIR with the Pilot-ICE Enterprise system in which control of engineering data, in particular, development and storage of current versions of the project documentation is exercised.

Technical solution

For accomplishment of similar individual requirements of the customer in Pilot-ICE open API of the client application with the SDK tools distributed for free is usually used. However in this case the module of integration was developed not under the client of Pilot-ICE, and for direct connection to the Pilot-ICE server, without use of the client application.

Specialists of the Regional center "ASCON-Kama" who kept this project, wrote external to a component to 1C which:

  • is able to display a tree of projects and documents of Pilot-ICE
  • it is capable to perform search in attributes and using wildcard of characters
  • can display attributes of the selected object
  • has a context menu with the Select, Display commands in Pilot, to Display in the external application (it is about XPS)
  • if there is a repeated choice of an object from 1C, then can spozitsionirovatsya in Pilot-ICE tree on the object selected earlier (for example, the user was mistaken the choice of an object, and the necessary object was at the same level, it allows to return quickly to it)
  • at doubleclick on record from search issue there is a positioning on this object in a tree.

Search through server API in objects attributes which there are about 50 thousand, without "upload" of all tree of objects is implemented.

Project Results

According to the results of the project in UralChem UCC KCCW branch the management system for the project organization Pilot-ICE Enterprise earned in a uniform sheaf with a management system for repairs 1S:TOIR. Online access to the relevant project documentation was provided to service of maintenance and repairs of the Russian producer of mineral fertilizers. In particular, the service clicking of "one button" receives now the current version of the document and checks the status of its approval.

Standard process of work

The user creates an object in 1C.

Selects a document source — Pilot-ICE.

The form with a tree rises.

The user looks for the necessary object, perhaps, involves search.

Finds the necessary object.

At will browses the document in Pilot-ICE or in the external instrument of viewing XPS.

Confirms the choice of an element with doubleclick or the Select context menu command. The link piloturl and the name of the selected object is transferred to 1C.

Further the user can quickly pass from object 1C to Pilot object.

Thus it is possible to transfer practically any information from Pilot-ICE Enterprise directly to other information system that quicker and more conveniently, than via files of exchange formats, for example, of XML, was emphasized in Ascon.
