The biometric BioTime system is implemented in network of pizzerias Mother Mia in Tula

On September 20, 2017 the BioLink Solutions company announced implementation of the biometric BioLink BioTime system in network of pizzerias Mother Mia in the city of Tula.

That restaurants became the place to which there is a wish to return, we pay much attention to our personnel. Therefore we signed the agreement with BioLink Solutions company on implementation of a biometric system of accounting of working time of BioTime. Its application will promote further strengthening of labor discipline and quality improvement of service in our network of pizzerias — the art director of network Svetlana Ganyushina noted.

Project Results

Staff of cafe notes the beginning of the working day and its end, concerning the optical fingerprint scanner as a part of biometric terminals of a time recording BioLink FingerPass. The image of a print is at once transformed to digital model. Inverse transformation of model in the image is impracticable.

The management of pizzerias Mother Mia noted capability of the BioTime system to integrate data from remote divisions of any enterprise in uniform information base. In a pizzeria Mother Mia are located on all city of Tula. Data from all cafes accumulate and transferred to service of personnel of head office. A system is integrated with the 1C Platform and automatically broadcasts in it data on a time recording on the basis of which to personnel and the payroll in strict accordance with the number of the fulfilled hours is accrued.

Reports in which the actual operating time of employees, arrival time for work and leaving from it and other information is reflected are transferred to service of personnel. In total BioTime is implemented 28 report forms, there is also an opportunity to independently add or change information filling of fields and appearance of reports.

We are happy how the biometric BioTime system works. It became a management tool personnel and increased productivity of management of one of the most valuable resources — working time of employees — the human resources manager Alla Frolova summed up the project results.
