Beldzhi began trial operation of IT infrastructure

On October 3, 2017 the PROF-IT GROUP company announced the project of creation of IT infrastructure by request of the North-Western Administrative District of Beldzhi.

Project Tasks

Main objectives of the project:

  • formation of the balanced production schedules excluding idle times of production lines at all stages of lifecycle of the plant
  • build process synchronization,
  • supply chain management,
  • automated management of product cost
  • cost minimization of the enterprise.

Project Progress

For October 3, 2017 specialists of the contractor unrolled IT infrastructure of the plant:

  • DPCs are mounted and configured,
  • the corporate network Wi-fi is started,
  • technical equipment for the subsequent deployment of systems is installed,
  • workshops and administrative buildings of a kompyyuterizovana.

On August 31, 2017 service tests of production processes of the plant are begun.

Subsystems of MES (control block production processes), WMS (warehouse management system) and QMS (quality control system) are started in the mode of trial operation. The functionality of these systems provides:

  • MES provides planning of the sequence of production processes:
    • the car and its component parts using radio frequency identification, special technology equipment and mobile terminals are registered on all points of production. Monitoring of process is conducted in real time - if necessary on specially installed monitors it is possible to see analytical data in any cuts.

  • The control block quality allows to control quality of cars and component parts, to analyze warranty claims, on their basis to create recommendations for correction of processes.
  • The WMS block supports the organization of operation of component parts, responsible for delivery, from a warehouse to the pipeline.

Start of complete functional volume of these subsystems in commercial operation is planned until the end of 2017.
