Content

On October 4, 2017 "the scientific research institute of applied chemistry" announced removal of a transport tsenkh in separate the CFD (with the long-term budget) that became a pilot project within transition to transfer pricing in the enterprise.

History of cooperation with data center "Razdolye"

In 2014-2015 at enterprise "scientific research institute of applied chemistry" accounting and tax accounting and budgeting of all enterprise based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 1.3 configuration was automated. Also the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 2.5" configuration for conducting personnel office-work and payroll was implemented. Both projects the company executed Intensive Center "Razdolye".

Project Tasks

In 2016 the management of the enterprise made the decision to pass to more detailed study of questions of accounting — it was required to analyze process performance which proceed in the enterprise, so to understand what there are costs of the enterprise of and as it is possible to influence them.

As pilot area the transport workshop of the enterprise was selected. The purpose of a pilot project was to display transport workshop in separate the CFD which in details plans and controls the expenses and also perevystavlyat the delivery costs of loads to other divisions of the enterprise.

Choosing a Solution

The vyborana the program "1C:Enterprise 8 was a technology basis of the project . Control of Motor transport. Prof".

The program has rather ample opportunities and contains the following subsystems:

  • Order management on delivery and scheduling of transport;
  • Management of maintenance;
  • Accounting of fuel and lubricants;
  • Accounting of repairs;
  • Inventory control;
  • Settlement with suppliers and customers;
  • Accounting of work of drivers;
  • Cost accounting;
  • Planning, budgeting and treasury;
  • Monitoring of vehicles.

Project Progress

The project started in 2016, specialists of Intensive Center "Razdolye" were employed. Specialists of data center "Razdolye" during the project performed the following works:

  • Carried out the analysis of business processes and requirements to automation, developed functional requirements to automated information system.
  • Developed requirements for change of the existing business processes of the enterprise necessary for work with the program.
  • Finished functionality of a system under requirements of the customer.
  • Provided training of specialists of "scientific research institute of applied chemistry".
  • Carried out trial operation of a system and brought it into commercial operation.

Project Results

As a result of implementation of the program "1C:Enterprise 8. Control of Motor transport. Prof" the system of accurate accounting of costs of transport workshop, a control system of employment of transport and drivers is created. The enterprise received the tool for detailed justification before clients of transport costs gruzok.

Work in the program looks as follows:

  • From divisions of the enterprise requests with planned requirement in transportations the next year come to transport workshop in the end of the year. On the basis of these requests the annual need for spare parts, fuel and lubricants is defined, the plan of repair work for year is formed.
  • For operational selection of transport under the current transportations in the program the request for delivery with indication of key parameters of the transported load (the weight, volume, conditions of transportation of a load, potential of explosion and so forth), the addresses and dates of transportation is made out. On the basis of these data planned calculation of orders then planned calculation is approved with economical department and accounting finance division is formed.
  • After obtaining requests and their analysis the decision on selection of transport is made. The representative of division – the customer is notified on the made decision.
  • Before release of the machine from vehicle fleet the waybill is made out and printed, it is given to the driver.
  • Further the driver receives the visa of the releasing mechanic. The mechanic specifies in the waybill fuel reserve in a tank, the need for fuel on a route, puts the visa on the waybill.
  • After transportation accomplishment the driver fills a reverse side of the route sheet. The route with transfer of all points of a route is specified. The driver defines to what type of a route (city/route) the passable sections belong, and fills summary distance in kilometers by types of a route.
  • Acceptance of the waybill is executed by the manager. The technician on accounting checks normative and actual consumption of fuel, the price-work salary of the driver is also calculated.
  • For supply of fuel and lubricants, spare parts and other materials at the enterprise the standard procurement procedure is performed.
  • For the cost accounting on repairs the separate order for each repair opens. It allows to estimate the exact cost of ownership of motor transport unit.
