Content

1C Company announced on October 6, 2017 project completion on system implementation of 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS in ASB agroholding. The project was executed by specialists of Aytob company.

Project Tasks

The management of ASB-Agro management company set the task — to increase works monitoring on processing of fields, collecting and transportation of agricultural products. It was necessary to organize online monitoring of movements of agricultural machinery on fields, to provide operating control of weight grain, shipped to grain carriers, to simplify identification of loads in weight points, to optimize management of toplivorazdachy and to lower an excessive consumption of fuel.

Solution and Contractor Selection

For operational accounting and management at the enterprises of holding 1C is used ": Management of the agricultural enterprise" therefore for the solution of assigned tasks a system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform — 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS was selected.

Special equipment and cars are decided to be equipped with the GPS/GLONASS trackers, on fuelers to install devices of removal of indicators of counters of shipment of fuel (USS), to connect sensors of control of level of fuel to reservoirs of oil depot. For automatic identification and accounting of objects decided to use RFID technology.

The system developer of 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS — Aytob company became the partner in implementation.

Project Progress

In 10 months a system was unrolled in 10 workplaces. The GPS/GLONASS trackers, universal counters of events and readers of RFID cards are connected. User training is provided, for IT specialists training in administration of a system is organized.

Task performance control

The 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center system was integrated with "1C: Management of the agricultural enterprise". In "1C: Management of the agricultural enterprise" tasks for processing of fields and transportation of goods form. The GPS/GLONASS trackers installed on combines and vehicles transfers to 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center data on location, the direction of the movement, speed and other indicators of operation of the equipment and cars. Further all information on operation of the equipment arrives from 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center "1C: Management of the agricultural enterprise". Operating control of task performance is as a result provided, there was an opportunity in the online mode to estimate efficiency of drivers and agricultural machinery.

Grain weight control

For weight control of the grain unloaded from fields in trucks on combines sensors of bulks and locks of opening of screws of actuators are installed. For automatic identification of the vehicles which are taking away grain, combines are equipped with magnetic card readers.

Process is organized as follows:

  • The driver of the grain carrier drives up to the combine, carries out by the card on the reader then the screw opens, grain unloading process is started. The opening of the screw given about time come to an information system in the online mode, about what car and in what place / on what field takes away grain.
  • After loading in the field the grain carrier goes to the weight platform, comes around on scales, the reader of RFID cards installed on weight identifies the driver and his vehicle. The driver of the grain carrier selects a transaction type then the document of acceptance of grain is autocompleted from an information system of the weight platform and synchronization of base weight with the 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center system is executed.
  • Further the weigher weighs a load, information on the weight of a load arrives "1C: Management of the agricultural enterprise".

As result, operating control of weight of the grain products arriving from fields is organized. At any moment it is possible to obtain in a system information on from what combine the load is brought and on what field the crop is reaped. Time for weighing and acceptance of finished goods is significantly reduced.

Management of toplivorazdachy

During the project management of toplivorazdachy is also optimized. On oil depot sensors of control of level of fuel are installed in reservoirs. Fuel-servicing trucks are equipped with the GPS/GLONASS trackers, readers of RFID cards and the universal counters of events (UCE). In 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center the mechanism of calculation of the impulses arriving with USS is implemented. Personal RFID cards — for identification in a monitoring system are issued to drivers of vehicles. Information on the number of the issued fuel liters automatically arrives "1C: Management of the agricultural enterprise" in "The waybill of motor transport" or in "The waybill of the tractor operator", depending on a type of the vehicle. The actual fuel consumption is fixed by fuel level sensors.

All this, on a response of the customer, allows to control the volume of the fuel which is in reservoirs of oil depot, issued by the fueler to each driver on each piece of equipment and also actually spent by vehicles. As a result of loss from unauthorized use of fuel and lubricants are almost excluded.

Implementation Results

According to the results of the project of 1000 units of special equipment and cars are equipped GPS/ GLONASS- trackers. On fuelers the universal counters of events (UCE) and readers RFID- cards of drivers are installed. Operational monitoring of task performance on processing of fields, collecting and transportation of agricultural products is as a result organized. Control of weight grain, unloaded from combines in grain carriers and arriving on weight platforms is strengthened. Exact calculation of volume of the fuel issued on each vehicle, inappropriate consumption of fuel and lubricants and cars is provided it is almost excluded.

The 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center system integrated with "1C: Management of the agricultural enterprise", helps us to manage work of 1000 units of agricultural machinery and cars. Now we always know where there is this or that vehicle in what accomplishment of tasks it is involved during every time frame how many grain are shipped from a field how many fuel is spent for change, etc. Online works monitoring on processing of fields, collecting and transportation of a harvest is provided — Ivan Chibirkov, the associate director on the equipment of UK "ASB-Agro" summed up the project results.
