Russia will provide by Loyalme to L'Oreal services in the field of CRM and Customer Loyalty

On October 11, 2017 the Loyalme company announced the beginning of service of brands of L'Oreal in Russia, having become the first official and exclusive service provider for corporation in the field of CRM (management systems of customer relations) and Customer Loyalty (consumer loyalty).

Gain of the CRM and Customer Loyalty directions is a part of global "digital transformation" of L'Oreal group. Partnership with Loyalme, on expectations of group, will facilitate localization of global strategy and also will integrate separate CRM initiatives, having increased their financial and operational efficiency.

According to the CEO of Loyalme company Konstantin Rodchenko, cooperation with L’Oreal — an opportunity to implement in practice full omnichannel the loyalty program that is a rarity in the Russian market.
