Remoto AI is the platform based on algorithms of machine learning and artificial intelligence, capable to make personal recommendations for clients of the dealer centers according to the results of the analysis of their way of life.

2017: Release

The Bright Box company announced on October 11, 2017 development of the platform based on algorithms of machine learning and artificial intelligence. According to developers, the platform will allow to cut down the staff of consultants in the dealer centers, to analyze data on clients and to receive additional sales on the basis of this analysis. The basis of the solution was formed by analysis results 1.5 terabytes given from the connected cars of clients of Bright Box of the different countries.

Features

The solution based on artificial intelligence is capable to estimate a way of life of the client and then to recommend accessories, cars depending on style of driving and a way of life of the person. In particular, according to developers, the Remoto AI platform can foretell when the user needs to undergo service maintenance, based on the data generated from telematic control block or the OBD-dongle.

Appointment

Creation of a forecasting model of probability of visit by car owners of the dealer centers for service was a main goal of the Bright Box command. This information is important for the dealer centers as most of car owners come only to the first TO and practically never return.

On average in the dealer center the consultant works with one hundred clients. Bright Box allows dealers to provide with the personal consultant of each client in the form of the intellectual application. Thus, the dealer center can increase sales and service quality.

How it works

The Bright Box command investigated behavior of drivers and distributed them on style of driving and model of use of the vehicle to offer drivers from different categories a certain set of products and services: corresponding accessories, cars or service. For example, if the client is accustomed to drive aggressively at night, then it makes sense to offer it new buses or disks. If the client moved a countryside, then, perhaps, it will be reasonable to offer it test drive of more suitable crossover. Besides, Remoto AI can predict the following visit of service. The quality of the provided services depends only on the volume of collected data.

As it is arranged

Bright Box collects client data for 5 years. Each connected car generates up to 8.7 million statuses. As a result of it the company saved up more than 1.5 terabyte of these connected cars from users from the different countries.

As a result of Bright Box created Data Lake based on Microsoft Azure where terabytes of the data collected from cars are stored in the structured type. Forecasts are based on data of telematics (a run, GPS, speed, RPM) and also from CRM, DMS (Dealer Management System) or ERP systems (ID of the client, record about breakdowns and service).

On the basis of these data of Bright Box selected more than 100 indicators which the company considers important:

  • driver's time for speed over 80 km/h,
  • how often the driver clicks gas,
  • where goes most often in city conditions or in the country.

Data collect constantly and analyzed from all available sources. For each user there is a certain number of the indicators characterizing only this user. Based on indicators of each driver then the probability of the answer to the proposal of the dealer is defined. If this probability reaches the certain value necessary for start of a marketing or office campaign, the driver receives push or the notification on e-mail or phone. Reaction of the car owner to the offer also influences the probability of similar mailings in the future.

Connection of Remoto AI

Bright Box already began to propose this solution to the present clients. Remoto AI can be connected to any Connected Car-платформе. Implementing solution takes about a month.

In 2019 the company is going to offer Remoto AI at a production phase of cars. With its help car makers will understand not only the client, but also how the client uses indicators in the car, spare parts.
