The Russian Meal holding announced on October 11, 2017 release of salt dissolvers in polypropylene execution. The plastic equipment is not inferior on durability to metal analogs at all. At the same time, due to the lack of risk of emergence of corrosion, the term of its service increases many times.
Features of the equipment
- Usability and service;
- Possibility of continuous preparation of hydrochloric solution;
- Ability to integrate with automatic systems of dosing and transportation.
Principle of operation of the three-section salt dissolver
According to Russian Meal, the principle of operation of the salt dissolver is simple and does not require long personnel training:
- The operator fills up table salt from bags in the first section of the salt dissolver and starts water supply through the registers set at the bottom of a compartment.
- The pipes which are a part of the register have two rows of openings through which water under a high pressure is evenly sprayed and passes through a salt layer, dissolving it and forming saturated hydrochloric solution of permanent density at the exit.
- The salt dissolver is equipped with the bubbler which through a layer of salt passes vials of compressed air, accelerating thereby process of a solerastvoreniye.
- Ready hydrochloric solution consistently through branch pipes comes to the second and third section of the salt dissolver. At this stage there is an upholding and clarification of solution from foreign impurity.
- From thirds of section the purified hydrochloric solution on polypropylene pipes gets divorced on production or in a holding tank.
The salt dissolver with mechanical mixing of components
In addition to the three-section salt dissolver, Russian Meal also released the salt dissolver working by the principle of mechanical mixing of components and also capacity for storage of ready solution. All of them are also executed of high-strength polypropylene and are not subject to corrosion.
