The national bank of the Kyrgyz Republic began trial operation upgraded IT infrastrukutury

On October 17, 2017 the AMT Group company announced project completion on upgrade of computing infrastructure of National bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Project Tasks

The upgrade purpose - the organization of the guaranteed smooth functioning of IT infrastructure for ensuring continuous work of business processes of bank.

Project Progress

Specialists of the contractor carried out complex upgrade and created twelve automated systems, executed upgrade of the operating geographically distributed (interfilial) data network of bank integrating head office with six regional managements (branches). The outdate and not supported equipment is taken out of service.

The system of virtualization of computing resources is created. It represents the disaster-proof cluster of vSphere Metro Storage Cluster (vMSC) on the basis of software from VMware and DataCore organized between two geographical and spaced platforms of DPC of bank.

The technological solution of backup and archiving of data is implemented. It gives the chance to centralize the processes connected with storage and archiving of data in the organization. At the heart of software from Veritas.

Solving a problem of increase in availability of IT services, cutting of costs for service, the project includes several systems intended for management of elements of IT infrastructure and automation of IT processes. The solution on management of IT infrastructure includes the products providing management of an IP address space, network equipment, performance of network equipment and communication channels, condition monitoring of IT services.

As the platform of management of IT processes it is selected by software of Symantec Service Desk.

The greatest effect of cost reduction on service of business systems and also control of their availability gives use of a complex of management systems and monitoring based on the product CA Spectrum.

Infoblox DDI is selected from product quality for management of an IP address space. It helps to ensure reliable functioning of basic network services and containing the hardware system of protection against various DNS of the attacks to DNS service from the Internet.

For protection of the processed information and office infrastructure Defense-in-depth approach is used. Modern means of protecting are implemented, modern practices are used.

Project Results

For October 16, 2017 all systems upgraded and created within the project are put into trial operation.
