Production
"Ostankino" 17 trading houses, 26 brand stores in Moscow and some of the most modern pig factory farms in the country belong.
At the plant (producing 500 tons of products a day!) 5500 employees work, each of which is a professional of the case. All production capacities are supplied with the latest German and the Austrian equipment. The set of these factors allows "Ostankino" to adhere to international standards in production which contains more than 100 names, and thanks to the quality, naturalness and taste uses recognition among buyers.
At the end of 2011 the Ostankino meat processing plant saved the leading positions among producers of sausage and meat products. Sales volumes of the company in 2011 were 156 thousand tons. In many respects, thanks to steadily growing economic indicators, JSC Ostankino Meat Processing Plant is conferred the award "Company of Year 2011" in the food industry.
Products
Production of smoked delicacies
Production of smoked products is almost like art. With that difference that in our case the final result can be eaten with pleasure. At first we select the most juicy pieces of fresh meat and we impregnate them with a brine (this process is called a shpritsevaniye).
Production of raw smoked sausages
To make forcemeat, meat pieces, salted pork fat and spices mix up, and then are crushed in the big meat grinder (kutter). Further the cover is filled with ready forcemeat (in our case – proteinaceous).
Production of sausages
Our sausages are provided by the wide range. They are produced both on classical compoundings of state standard specification, and according to the Specifications developed by specialists of our plant. We will tell about production of the Ostankino sausages on the example of the Creamy sausages.
Production of boiled sausages
Production of the Ostankino boiled sausages reminds production of sausages, except for a stage of filling of covers and heat treatment process duration. As well as sausages, our sausages are made only of the cooled meat and natural spices.
Production of pelmeni
The Ostankino meat-processing plant the first of meat-processing plants began to produce pelmeni in those cardboard packs. There was it in far 1954th year. Production of pelmeni begins with the test which prepares on a classical compounding: flour, egg powder, water and salt.
Production of pancakes
Do you know how to cook home-made pancakes? Means, you can provide as Ostankino pancakes – only in slightly other scales prepare. In the special capacity (dezha) flour, water, egg powder dough, powdered milk and sunflower oil is kneaded.
