Faceter develops solutions on the basis of computer vision and video analytics using neural networks and elements of artificial intelligence, delivers solutions for intellectual video surveillance, security and access control using Computer Vision, the analysis of a video flow to corporate clients worldwide. The headquarters is in the Republic of South Africa. A development team — in Russia.

The international project is based by three supporters from the different countries which since 2014 jointly conduct research and development in the field of recognition of visual images using neuronets and deep learning (one of artificial intelligence technologies).

• The first product - pay.cards - the command released in 2015. It is open library for the application developers recognizing data on bank cards. The product received assessment of professional community and is still actively used by developers worldwide.
• The command applied the got experience to Faceter creation - systems which analyze video from surveillance cameras, will recognize persons and objects, can be configured on specific scenarios of behavior in certain situations. The technology of intellectual video surveillance which only large business owing to high cost of such solutions is able to afford now will become available to normal users and small business.

2018

Collecting of $10 million in 20 seconds from the moment of Token Presale start

Faceter, blockchain startup, software developer for video surveillance with computer vision on the basis of "foggy network the" (fog network) constructed at capacities of miners announced on February 8, 2018 that for several seconds from the beginning of the first stage of a crowdfunding campaign (Token Presale) it selling tokens of FACE collected $10 million.

Faceter began the procedure of formation Whitelisting on January 29, 2018. For the first days so many requests were collected that the command made the decision to include in a preorder stage also the packets of tokens held for sale during the main stage of a crowdfunding campaign (Token Sale).

In four days in "white list" more than eight thousand participants from 152 countries were registered. The management of Faceter decided that tokens will be distributed only according to "white list", according to number of queue which was got by each participant.

The remained tokens of FACE will be put on the market during the main phase Token Sale which will begin on February 15, 2018. Persons interested to reserve tokens can already submit the application for inclusion in "white list". The high demand on tokens of FACE drew attention of business community to the project. Top managers of Faceter received offers on partnership and cooperation from 83 representatives of the different companies from 52 countries.

The project already works with one of networks of casino, network of pizzerias and bank in the Republic of South Africa. The product is also tested in the cameras Axis that is confirmed with the manufacturer's certificate of origin. Besides, the technology was integrated into the business application of SAP in partnership with the distributor of SAP in Africa — EPI-USE.

Faceter is going to release service of "smart video surveillance" for a mass segment in 2018.

Crowdfunding campaign for the Token Sale method

Faceter since February 1, 2018 starts collecting of investments by the Token Sale Event (TSE) method. A system will make resource-intensive calculations of algorithms deep learning on own decentralized network (fog computing) organized using miners.

The project uses own technology of the organization of the computer network for the principles of fog networking with involvement of miners to reduce costs on infrastructure and to provide to consumers service of "smart" video surveillance.

The stage of presale will pass from February 1 to March 1, 2018. During this period 8,000,000 tokens of $0.1 of ETH will be put on the market. Then on March [1] 10 open sale of tokens which will last until the end of April will begin and means release of 400,000,000 FCT (soft cap of $5,000,000).

Faceter offers special bonuses for investors who during a specified period will purchase up to 6.4%. Additional 5% of a bonus will be received by private investors who will invest from $10,000. It is possible to purchase tokens for ETH and BTC.

2017: Technology cooperation with SONM

On November 1 Faceter and SONM, the distributed platform of calculations organized by the principle of mining announced the joint project. The companies will test work of algorithms Faceter for face recognition and the intellectual analysis of a video flow from surveillance cameras at the computing distributed SONM IaaS powers, will conduct research and development to create the solution ready for an output to the market. SONM develops MVP (minimal viable product) of a system for start on test network of 'air' then start on the main network in July-August, 2018 is planned.
