In 2019 in JSC Channel One. Worldwide Network process of creation of electronic archive the scan copies of contractual documents is automated. It was necessary for convenience of further work with the documents which underwent approval in the Docsvision system which is used in the company.
About 3000 agreements and supplementary agreements are annually registered and will be approved. Agreements of the company "Channel One. Worldwide network" conditionally are divided into "profitable" and "account". These documents cover a broad spectrum of processes — from equipment procurements, the software or licenses before acquisition or sale by TV channel of the rights to content. Considering documentation amounts, in 2017 the staff of legal department initiated creation of electronic archive for convenient search of contractual documents after their approval in Docsvision.
IT specialists "Channel One. The worldwide network" and BTLab companies was developed the scheme of formation of electronic archive of signed documents consisting of two stages. The solution was set up using technologies of barcoding and stream scanning.
2016
During the project the office, contract activities and all document flow is automated. At the moment the BTLab company gives technical support of a system.
