On October 24, 2017 the Haytek company announced project completion on upgrade of the module of outgoing call-down for contact center of Transtelecom company (TTK).
During the project works on a software update and expansion of license capacity were performed. It will allow the company to increase the speed and efficiency of carrying out, the outgoing call-down directed to preserving of own base of subscribers.
Feature of this project are the tools developed by specialists of Haytek based on a hardware-software complex of Avaya Proactive Contact.
The module allows to create difficult multistage scenarios for work of call center operators of Transtelecom. It is integrated with information systems of the company, thereby providing the operator conducting dialogue with the subscriber, all necessary information which is highlighted in the form of hints. Thanks to it the staff of contact center can do more effective calls in unit of time and reduce the average time of a conversation.
In addition, the module reports statistical results of answers of the subscribers received during dialog with call center operators of Transtelecom. This functionality allowed to predict efficiency of calls.
