Service for video consultations with doctors of TelemedHelp was placed in a cloud Croc

On October 25, 2017 the Telehoney Help company announced that the TelemedHelp platform to carrying out remote video consultations with doctors and management of the patient of the medical data became available 24/7 of any place in the world thanks to cloud opportunities Croc.

Project Tasks

Our service connects the patient to any doctor directly and creates available conditions for their interaction. Having used the TelemedHelp platform, it is possible to get medical advice, without leaving the house, and always to have near at hand all relevant medical data. We looked for a reliable cloud solution that the website and the application were available to users and worked at any loadings. One of requirements was also the fact that productive infrastructure is necessary for processing of a large number of simultaneous video sessions. Thanks to a cloud Croc the TelemedHelp service is available to users both from desktop computers, and from mobile devices at any time — Sergey Gilev, the Chief information officer of Telehoney Help company told.

Service was placed on a cloud platform Croc that gives the chance flexibly to scale the consumed resources taking into account plans of the company for active accumulation of number of users and reaching federal level.

The information security of data of web service and applications is provided thanks to their placement in the protected cloud segment Croc with full compliance with requirements of 152-FZ and legislative arrangements for processing and a personal data storage. The cloud platform works based on network of data centers Croc, including DPC Compressor which fault tolerance corresponds to the TIERIII level and Uptime Institute — the world expert in standardization of design, construction and operation of failsafe data centers is confirmed.

Project Results

As a result of placement of TelemedHelp service on a cloud platform Croc it became possible to contact the necessary doctor at any time. At the same time clients can not worry about security of medical data — they are reliably stored in the protected cloud segment Croc. Inhabitants even of the most remote localities of Russia where medical institutions are distributed at long distances will be able to get advice of the doctor now.
