Softline optimized business processes of Afanasy holding

The Softline company announced on October 30, 2017 project implementation on business process optimization in Afanasy holding based on the solution WorkFlowSoft.

Project Tasks

The structure of Afanasy holding includes 15 companies of a different profile integrated by common goals therefore it was required to organize effective management of business processes and to connect in one software product of an opportunity, earlier used on different platforms.

Choosing a Solution

As an optimal solution the cloud service of WorkFlowSoft developed by Softline company was selected. For the customer the possibility of setting and maintaining tasks from any place and from any device was important selection criterion. Besides, service has the intuitive interface and allows to create templates of the main actions without involvement of IT specialists.

Project Results

According to Softline, thanks to implementation of service for management of daily instructions and business processes of WorkFlowSoft convenient control of workflows in holding structure and a common information space for joint activity of employees was organized.

In the WorkFlowSoft system more than 250 employees of Afanasy holding were brought, and their quantity can be scaled further easily.

At this stage of use of service already the effectiveness of workflows considerably increased though so far we use not all functionality of WorkFlowSoft. Our employees actively work in the problem definition module, for the first two their months more than 2.5 thousand were created. Heads note the main plus of this module — operating personal control over a situation and a clear boundary of responsibility that is just necessary with a large number of departments and divisions in the company — Irina Sukhobokova, the head of the planning department of Afanasy holding told.

Having implemented a cloud service of WorkFlowSoft, the customer made process of problem definition and their execution in group transparent and controlled. Reports in the form of tables or diagrams allow to control course of execution of order at any stage that lowers temporary costs for classical communications (calls/letter) for refining of stages and terms of accomplishment of tasks by 20% — Oleg Dronov, the head of DeskWork and WorkFlowSoft sales department across Russia and the CIS commented on Softline groups.
