In primary vascular center of City hospital No. 4 of Vladimir the second device for performing rentgenendovaskulyarny diagnostics and treatment of pathologies of a cardiovascular system is installed, reported in Department of health care of the Vladimir region.[1] will allow to operate since December 1, 2017 patients with heart attacks in the round-the-clock mode.

It is expected that after commissioning of the additional angiograph specialists of the vascular center will be able to increase volumes of hi-tech medical aid to patients of a cardiological profile and to install about 2 thousand stents a year.

The cost of the installed angiograph of production of the Japanese company Shimadzu, according to the chief physician of City hospital No. 4 Vladimir Savinov, was 39 million rubles. Funds for purchase of the equipment are allocated by compulsory health insurance Fund.

As specified in Department of health care of the Vladimir region, the device from Shimadzu allows to diagnose quickly not only heart attacks and preinfarction anginas, to set pacemakers, but also to urgently carry out stenting of vessels of heart and to recover its work.

As of October 31, 2017, such hi-tech help in the region appears only in the vascular center of Regional medical clinic day and night. Other vascular centers of Vladimir and area just should pass to a 24-hour format of work.

Primary vascular center of city clinic No. 4 services patients from Vladimir, Iridescent, and from Yuryev-Polsky and Suzdal districts. Besides, the possibility of inclusion in the scheme of routing of patients from Sobinsky district is considered.
