Content

On October 31, 2017 the Ultimeta company announced completion in July, 2017 of works on implementation of the corporate trade and purchasing platform for SAFMAR Financial group.

Customer, contractor and product

Project orderer of JSC A101 DEVELOPMENT. The contractor on the project selects Ultimeta company. The project is implemented on a software platform of the LotExpert Development.

Project Progress

Within the project Ultimeta started services with an algorithm of determination of the contractor on accomplishment of the installation and construction works (ICW). The created mechanism provides from potential contractors detailed electronic estimates, with interpretation of cost on each work type, during trading. At the declaration of purchase the organizer creates the electronic sheet of amounts of works, selecting work types and their characteristics from the integrated corporate reference books and grouping works in a hierarchical structure of sections of the estimate. For convenience of the organizer, also the possibility of import of data from the external Excel file is supported.

For ensuring end-to-end process of work of internal users the universal integration gateway for synchronization of data on partners, purchases and results of determination of the supplier with corporate systems of the enterprises of Group is provided in a system. By means of ETP synchronization of corporate reference books is conducted that provides an opportunity for work of all enterprises with the uniform nomenclature qualifier.

Project Results

In July, 2017 the second stage of works during which on the platform additional functionality and services are implemented is completed. In particular, as additional measures for protection of the proposals of participants of purchases submitted in "the closed envelopes" from a possibility of unauthorized access until "opening of envelopes", the mechanism of asymmetric enciphering of information will be implemented by the certificate of RSA of the security service specialist.
