On October 31, 2017 the Servionica company announced transition of IT infrastructure to outsourcing of PJSC Pharmacy Chain 36.6, including work of the online platform – Internet drugstore of 366.ru.
Project Progress
At the first stage of the project, after audit of IT infrastructure, the joint command of Servionika and 36.6 transferred all equipment and IT infrastructure to DPC. All solutions were provided to the uniform standard, on a single platform of VMware. On the powerful eCloud platform provided by Servionika the high-loaded analytical system of network 36.6 allowing to receive and use for decision making up-to-date information by many business parameters is unrolled: to deliveries, sales, load of sales points, requests of clients and different marketing actions. Transition to a storage system allowed to provide business divisions and company management with up-to-date information for operational analytics from a cloud at any time.

Project Results
Transition to a full outsourcing support allowed group 36.6 to refuse a difficult complex of IT systems on platforms of different vendors and also the risks connected with support of own server, and operating costs for power supply, heatassignment, scaling and equipment procurements for carrying out upgrade by own efforts. Besides, resource management became simpler. In case of need all changes in a configuration are made by specialists of Servionica within 3 working days – this work would be performed by own forces of the customer within several weeks taking into account terms of purchase and supply of equipment.
The reliable backup system is organized, service of a reserve core of network based on engineering infrastructure of DPC TrustInfo is provided. Thanks to it even during the periods of peak loads on IT infrastructure business and critical services – such as online store and key information systems – receive a necessary stock of resources for smooth operation. If necessary it is possible to switch to reserve capacities only a few minutes.
