On November 1, 2017 the Informzashita company announced a fate in the project of creation of the state information system "Electronic Trade Journal" (GIS EPZh) by request of Federal State Budgetary Institution Center of a Monitoring System of Fishery and Communication (TsSMS).
Project Tasks
The main task of "Electronic Trade Journal" (ETJ) - registration on the vessel of all trade transactions and their transfer in the form of the ship daily reports certified by the electronic signature of the captain of the vessel or the authorized person to the Industry monitoring system created for increase in efficiency of researches of inventory condition of water bioresources and the environment of their dwelling.
Project Progress
The project of creation of system modules of EPZh included a complex of works:
- system design,
- to software development,
- implementation of technology of the electronic signature on the basis of Jinn technology.
It is developed on the basis of the 1C: Enterprise programming language of domestic production.
Project Results
Using EPZh there is a replacement of "paper" magazines by "digital". This fact had an impact on the speed of acceptance of management decisions at the expense of the automated uninterrupted acceptance and registration of the ship reporting, on rationality of use of water biological resources and studying of their available stocks[1].
As a result of implementation transfer of ship daily reports from vessels of the fishing fleet in real time is automated. With implementation of this project became possible operational consolidation of data on trade transactions and accumulation of statistics:
- catch volumes
- in a binding to geographical coordinates and to time,
- to fishing areas,
- to types of water and biological resources and tools of fishing.
All these and other data on the events onboard the vessel are fixed in EPZh. The accumulated information certified by the electronic signature is transmitted through the systems of mobile or satellite communication set on the vessel.
Administrators of cybersecurity service TsSMS completed training courses in Informzashita Training center.
