The Paris cafe uses the 1C: Accounting 8 and Traktir programs

On November 1, 2017 1C Company: April Software was announced implementation of software products by 1C: Accounting 8 and Traktir in Paris cafe.

As the client is engaged in restaurant activity, in accounting of the company there are characteristic nuances for this reason the client works in software products 1C: Accounting 8 and Traktir who approaches under specifics of activity of the client. The Traktir software product includes solutions using which process of service of guests and management of operational activity of restaurant is completely automated.

In the course of discussion specialists of 1C Company: April Software together with the client was defined by tasks which needed to be solved in the shortest possible time, namely:

• updating of Traktir: Front-Office and Traktir: Head-Office;
• setup of synchronization between Traktir: Front-Office and Traktir: Head-Office;
• setup of synchronization of head-office with the software product 1C: Accounting 8.

Project Results

Now the correct setup of synchronization allows to load automatically necessary data into accounting, without double filling of documents that significantly saves time of staff of Paris Cafe.

Besides, the Unified State Automated Information System system which is intended for control of alcohol was customized and training in it is provided.

Also specialists of 1C Company: April Software work with online cash desks was done: their fiskalization, connection to program 1C, initial setup 1C and user training.
