"The Kiev regional clinical hospital" purchased the SIGNA Explorer MR-tomograph for 85 million rubles

In November, 2017 it became known of acquisition of the magnetic and resonant tomograph of production of GE Healthcare company by "Kiev Regional Clinical Hospital" municipal authority.

The equipment supplier — "Solyushnz Ukraine Leaked" — was defined during the tender. On September 25, 2017 with the company the delivery contract of the SIGNA Explorer tomograph with magnetic field strength of 1.5 T was signed. The total cost of the contract was 39.16 million UAH (about 85.6 million rubles) that is 2% lower than the starting price in 40 million UAH. The contract assumes delivery of a MRT-system until the end of 2017. On the supplied equipment will provide to hospital a guarantee of one year.

The only competitor admitted to trading "Solyushnz Ukraine Leaked" there was Ilatanmed LLC with the Chorus tomograph of 1.5 T of production ISOL Technology Inc. at the expected price. Both participants did not reduce the price during the auction.

One more company — Astrium LLC — was not allowed before biddings because of discrepancy between model of the Vantage Elan ZenEdition MRT-2020/E2 tomograph in the offer and the declaration of conformity and Vantage Elan ZenEdition MRT-2020 in the operation manual and other shortcomings of auction documents.^[1]
