Lease of online cash desks — the service for online stores allowing to begin to transfer data of checks in real time according to requirements of law 54-FZ "About use of the cash registers".

The offer of OFD.RU includes lease of online cash desk with already installed fiscal drive, annual connection to the fiscal data operator of OFD.RU and a full service of cash desk.

2019: Sets for entrepreneurs (cash desk + service OFD from OFD.ru)

2018

Automatic creation and sending reports for the period

On October 18, 2018 the fiscal data operator of OFD.ru announced creation of an opportunity to clients to configure automatic creation and sending different types of reports for the selected periods: day, week or month. Any configuration can create the report from any available fields or to use in advance created templates. It is possible to configure sending autoreports on any e-mail. Information comes in the form of the link on which at clique the necessary document will be uploaded.

The client independently selects day of obtaining the report: if the report in a month is necessary, the client can specify day of sending among numbers of the next month (from 1 to 31); if the report in a week is required, then for sending it is possible to select any day of the next week behind reporting. When choosing the report in a day, the document comes to an interval from 8 to 10 in the morning Moscow time next day.

Function is available in a personal account of the client in the section Reports in a tab of Avtootcheta. Here the client can configure a report type, the list of cash desks on which the report will form, to select the period for which reports will come and to specify contacts of receivers.

With emergence of this function it became simpler to clients to obtain all information, necessary for the analysis, without manual entry of data for generation of the report. Both the accountant, and a general direktor, and, for example, the auditor in preset time can receive automatic reports at the same time. It considerably simplifies and structures work of any business.

OFD.ru also gives the chance to create reports manually. For October, 2018 five document types are available:

  • "Report on changes",
  • "Reconciliation",
  • "Monitoring",
  • "Sending electronic checks to buyers",
  • "Lease".

Any even the difficult report for a long time frame forms for several seconds.

Clients can select what format of fiscal documents to them it is necessary to unload in the report (1.0, 1.05, 1.1), a time frame of unloading, type of the fiscal document: opening or closing of change, report on registration, re-registration, archiving of fiscal drives. In reports it is possible to look at intermediate results on changes and the amounts on each change separately, links to checks into which it is possible to pass directly from the report and many other things.

Search in checks

Search in checks

On August 21, 2018 the perator of fiscal data of OFD.RU announced expansion of functionality of a personal account and implemented a search capability by checks. Thanks to the provided service it is possible to find checks for a certain period and also to configure search in all cash register equipment or specific cash desk, the amount of the check and number of change.

Advanced functionality of a personal account will help entrepreneurs quickly and just to find checks. It is relevant if the entrepreneur needs to check data of specific sale or to send the buyer the electronic check at its request. Also search in checks will help if the buyer addressed for return of goods, but did not show the paper check.

Search is performed by several parameters which can be used both together, and separately. It is possible to find checks of all cash register equipment or specific cash desk, to specify the period in which the interesting check was punched (date and time) and also to specify the amount of the check (for example, "till 1000"). The search capability as the check, to a payment type, number of change and number of the fiscal document is implemented.

Search in checks is intended to help the entrepreneur to find quickly them if necessary. The found checks can be saved on the computer or to print and also to send to e-mail.

Interactive charts of replacement of the fiscal drive

August 15, 2018 The fiscal data operator of OFD.RU announced expansion of basic functionality of a personal account of the client, having added interactive charts of replacement of the fiscal drive (FD).

Diagrams of replacement of the fiscal drive allow to be aware of the speed of filling and validity period of FN due to the round-the-clock monitoring of work of all cash desks of the client. The option will help to come trudging timely other fiscal drive and to be prepared for its replacement. At the same time to the user well total quantity of FN which need to be replaced, and several schedule types of replacement of the fiscal drive - on validity period, on fullness of FN with fiscal documents, in which all FN are automatically separated into several groups – filled up to 40%, 40%-90% with a step to 10% and also the forecast for filling of FN on the basis of analytics of number of the checks which are beaten out by the client.

The diagram of replacement is posted in the section All cash desks, it does not need to be connected in addition, it is by default available to all clients of the operator.

The more checks your cash desk punches, the capacity of FN is exhausted quicker. That data transfer process from cash desk remained continuous, it is necessary to make timely replacement of FN in cash desk. For the simplest automation of this process we started our service. Now information on replacement of fiscal drives is available to the client in a simple and evident form.

Start of a system of customer notifications

OFD.RU fiscal data operator started on August 1, 2018 the system of notifications which will help to control operation of the cash register equipment and the connected services for the clients. Free notifications can be configured in a personal account.

Several types of notifications are available to users to connection: about end of term of services OFD at the specific checkout, about completion of action of a packet of messages which are sent to buyers for directory number, about waiting of checks from cash desk more than 24 hours and also about the faults blocking operation of the cash register equipment. It is possible to select as one type of the notification, and all. Notifications remind the user of need of prolongation of the connected services and also for warning of faults of the cash register equipment.

Notifications on end of term of a service package (messages or service of transfer of fiscal data) are sent to the user in advance. So, the notification that the term of service OFD comes to an end the user will receive in 30 days prior to the contract expiration, and the notification that the packet of messages comes to an end — at decrease in a remaining balance of messages to 50 pieces. Clients of OFD.RU receive notifications on the e-mail.

Notifications on events which can block work of cash desk will become important functionality, noted in OFD.RU. For example, many entrepreneurs pass the term of replacement of the fiscal drive (FD), especially if it is quickly filled. Now the system of notifications created by OFD.RU will remind the entrepreneur of need of change of FN if it is filled more than for 80%. Also a system will notify the entrepreneur if errors appear by transfer of checks in FTS or if the cash desk does not transfer checks more than 24 hours.

Notifications will help clients of OFD.RU to react to events which influence work of cash desks quickly: so, for example, a system will remind the entrepreneur that before change of the fiscal drive there were 45 days. Replacement of FN will not become for the entrepreneur a surprise, it will be able to purchase FN in advance and quickly to replace it, without stopping work of the business for a minute. A set of notifications will extend. In our plans — creation of notifications on opening and closing of change, the average check in a day or the selected period, returns and a total quantity of checks. While such notifications are available to entrepreneurs in the free chat-bot OFD.RU in ViberAnton Rumyantsev, the director of OFD.RU told.

To connect the system of notifications, clients of OFD.RU need to enter a personal account in undressed Profile. Notifications are available to users who got a personal account and connected cash desk.

Available cash solution of OFD.RU, MegaFon and ATOL

On April 3, 2018 in retail network of MegaFon sale of the joint solution for business from OFD.RU, MegaFon operator and ATOL company started. "Turnkey" cash desks are available in cellular shops and online store.

All is a part of the solution necessary at once to begin work according to requirements of law 54-FZ. These are online cash desks for small business from the supplier of cash desks of ATOL company, the fiscal drive, the paid services in transfer of fiscal data in the tax inspection from OFD.RU fiscal data operator and also the SIM card and a special rate of MegaFon for the cash registers for 100 rubles a month.

Connection and setup of online cash desk requires only several actions. They can be executed independently or using the instruction which also contains in a set. Concerning work with devices clients can address the partner of MegaFon — Pro Service company.

The cost of the complete solution depends on model of cash desk and is 16,990 or 19,990 rubles. At the same time the price is fixed, no additional expenses will be required. In general economy upon purchase of the boxed solution, unlike acquisition of each of components separately, makes about 20%. Besides, the client will be able to reduce the purchase costs of a set by 90–100% at the expense of tax deduction to 18 thousand rubles which is necessary to entrepreneurs upon purchase of online cash desk.

Branding of electronic checks

OFD.RU fiscal data operator at the end of March, 2018 gave to the clients an opportunity to send to buyers the branded electronic checks. This service is intended to help outlets to inform clients on the carried-out actions and news of the company, to increase sales and brand recognition. All necessary settings of design and text editing are carried out in a personal account of the client in the section of Marketplace in the heading "Brendirovaniye of Checks".

OFD.RU started service for branding of electronic checks

The developed functionality has no analogs in the market and differs in flexibility and width of opportunities for branding. The client can add the name of the company to a subject of the letter which goes together with the check, or completely reformulate a subject. It is possible to add a logo which will be automatically scaled with preserving of proportions, the text up to 150 characters, the button with the link, phone of the company, banners of different formats including animated to the letter. The outlet can also select background color on which the necessary message is displayed. All changes of a template are admissible only out of area of the check.

It is possible to purchase service a packet – 500 branded checks for 1499 rubles. Cost will be written off from balance in a personal account of the client. If money is not enough, the client will be able to refill balance in the same place. It is possible to send checks both by the SMS, and by email and Viber.

Sale of fiscal drives with the contract OFD for 36 months

OFD.RU fiscal data operator in January, 2018 announced start of the complex offer on connection of online cash desks which is intended to help the organizations and SP applying special tax regimes, to observe law No. 54-FZ obliging to use their fiscal drives for 36 months.

Now owners of the cash equipment can purchase a ready set — the fiscal drive and service of transfer of fiscal data for 36 months at a discount to 31%. Besides, the fiscal drive for 36 months is profitable at the expense of longer term of work.

It is possible to issue the order for a set "The fiscal drive + service of transfer of fiscal data" according to the link fn36.ru. For order placement it is necessary to specify: the number of fiscal drives, contacts of the buyer (a name, the mobile phone and email to which the electronic activation code of the contract OFD will be sent) and a delivery address.

After filling of all fields a system will automatically report the total cost and also delivery cost. It is possible to pay with the Visa card the order, MasterCard and the World of any bank.

Test-drayv service

OFD.RU fiscal data operator for the first time in Russia implemented a possibility of seamless change of OFD. The product received the name "Test drive".

"Test drive" allows to connect cash desk to OFD.RU in parallel with the operating fiscal data operator that in practice to use and estimate services of the company, and then it is easy to become her client.

To use service, the potential client needs to be registered in a personal account of OFD.RU and to change the address of the server and port in settings of cash desk. Then to perform at the checkout any operation (probitiye of the check, change opening/closing, etc.) that it was displayed in the section My cash desks, to pass to the page of the appeared cash desk and to specify the operating OFD. The service is provided free of charge. The organization can refuse at any time its use just having returned the OFD previous settings in cash desk (the address of the server and port). From the moment of connection of Test drive, all documents created by cash desks will be available in the Personal account of OFD.RU and in the Personal account of the operating OFD and also will be transferred to FTS to the operating OFD, to a decision instant about transition to OFD.RU.

For transition to OFD.RU it is necessary to create the request for a re-registration of the cash register equipment in FTS with indication of the reason Change of OFD in a personal account of OFD.RU or on the website nalog.ru. After the re-registration in FTS is complete, the fiscal data operator will automatically exchange on OFD.RU. At the checkout or in a personal account it is not necessary to make any additional settings.

Updating of API

 OFD.RU Fiscal data operator at the beginning of January, 2018 provided the updated open program interface of applications (API) which allows to automate reconciliation of the transferred checks with the fiscal data operator.

The implemented API functions include display of all VAT values in the list of changes and checks on set or on all cash desks for any selected period. Data are transferred precisely in the same type as they came to OFD.RU from the cash register.

Open API is used for collecting and the analysis of checks and reconciliation of the fiscal data displayed in internal corporate systems with the data transferred to OFD to FTS. At the same time data on checks are available only to their owner: safety is ensured due to use of the protected HTTPS protocol, identification and authentication to the e-mail address and the password with providing an individual digital key which is periodically updated and appropriated to each client at each login.

Using API OFD.RU it is possible to receive automatically data as on a certain cash desk, so according to all their list. In data, including, registration and serial number of cash desk, number of the fiscal drive and change, registration date of cash desk and payment of services of OFD.RU, date and time of the last created check, a name of the cashier, the number of checks and many other things are displayed. Besides, clients can receive the specific check with the direct reference for its visual representation in a format, convenient for viewing.

Transfer of the paid period of services OFD

The fiscal data operator of OFD.RU (Peter-Service Special Technologies LLC) at the end of December, 2017 gave an opportunity to transfer the paid period to OFD from one cash desk on another.

Transfer of payment can be performed only concerning all packet of the service purchased for one write-off from balance and only provided that service of cash desk did not begin yet.

To perform transfer of payment for the necessary cash desk, it is necessary to select it from the list of the cash desks which are displayed in a personal account of OFD.RU, to pass into the section "The history of service of cash desk" and to click a transfer icon. It is necessary to specify in the appeared dialog box to what cash desk to transfer the paid services then the history of balance of the client will be corrected and the link to new cash desk will exchange.

Usually any error at payment of this or that service requires not only long trials, but also correction of a number of documents. Sending electronic checks to Viber

OFD.RU fiscal data operator announced on November 28, 2017 start of sending electronic checks to Viber. The solution will be interesting to business of any scale which sends data on the check for phones of buyers.

Sellers can send the check from online cash desk to the phone number of the client, at the same time if at the buyer the Viber messenger is installed in the smartphone, then the check automatically will appear in this application. The check is displayed in the form of the active link with indication of date, time and the amount of purchase, number cash register equipment and fiscal sign of the document.

Receive messages in messengers is more usual for many users. It is convenient to browse, delete or save checks in messengers. Mailings according to messengers are perceived by consumers more positively, than SMS mailings. According to requirements of law 54-FZ, the seller is obliged to send at the request of the buyer to it the electronic check. At presentation of the electronic check the buyer can return in the same way purchase, as well as in the presence of the paper check.

This solution allows any e-commerce of the company to begin to transfer data of checks in real time according to requirements of law 54-FZ "About use of the cash registers". The offer of OFD.RU includes lease of online cash desk with already installed fiscal drive, annual connection to the fiscal data operator of OFD.RU and a full service of cash desk.

According to OFD.RU, online cash desks are set in the protected hi-tech data center with the round-the-clock connection to electricity and the Internet. The service in service of cash desks includes monitoring of their technical condition, timely replacement of fiscal drives in case of memory fill, breakdowns or the expirations of their work, setting of cash desks queue at a heavy load with the subsequent guaranteed sending to buyers and in FTS and many other things.

To use service, clients need to be registered or become authorized in a personal account of OFD.RU and to pass Additional services into the section.

Thanks to fast registration in FTS implemented on the party of OFD.RU for any cash register equipment model, setting of leased online cash desk on accounting takes read minutes. Owners or accountants of online stores do not need to come to department of FTS or to register cash desk on the website nalog.ru — all necessary functionality is in a personal account of OFD.RU, and data on the connected cash desk are autocompleted, underlined in the operator.

For integration of cash desks with the corporate systems of accounting which are available for online store the client can use expanded API OFD.RU. Such solution will allow the client to collect and analyze data on the transferred checks and also to verify data of internal corporate systems with the data transferred to OFD to FTS. API is available on the website OFD.RU to everyone.

As of November 13, 2017, the total cost of service of lease of one cash desk for a year, including the fiscal drive and the contract with OFD, is 44,500 rubles.
