Statistics and sales history

On September 19, 2018 the fiscal data operator of OFD.RU announced expansion of function of the free chat-bot for business. Now the owner of any company which applies online cash desks can look in real time at statistics of sales on specific cash desks and also a sales history for the selected period in the past (duration up to 3 months). Besides, the sales history can be looked also on cash desks which any more not in work. Control of work of outlets can be exercised far off directly from the screen of the mobile phone. The chat-bot is available in the Viber messenger. It is not necessary to set and configure the additional software.

The free chat-bot OFD.ru allows at any time and in any place quickly to receive statistics of sales in outlets per day, month, week or the selected period, to control revenue development on outlets, to see the number of the punched checks, the amount of the average check and other statistical data.

The functionality of a bot also allows to configure sending automatic notifications with statistics of sales in time convenient to the entrepreneur, to receive detailed analytics on the selected days, diagrams for the specified period on revenues/returns and cash/non-cash payments. Besides, the entrepreneur can estimate work of cashiers for any period – what cashier carried out most of all sales who has most of all returns when the employee opened or closed change.

The detailed analytics is represented to any companies users of online cash desks, is not dependent on whether the company is a client of OFD.ru or not, absolutely free of charge. To use a bot, the user needs to create a personal account on the website www.ofd.ru, to connect free service "Test-drayv", and then in the interface of a bot to enter the login and the password from a personal account of OFD.ru. The chat-bot is synchronized with a personal account of OFD.ru with the help of the special closed API and will begin work. The bot does not store logins and passwords that provides additional confidentiality of data.

Statistics and dynamics of sales on each outlet

On August 30, 2018 the fiscal data operator of OFD.RU announced expansion of analytical opportunities of the free chat-bot in Viber. Now users can see statistics of sales on each outlet separately and also dynamics of sales using evident diagrams by several parameters: to revenue, returns, the amount of the cash/non-cash received from buyers.

To customize the display in the chat-bot of outlets, to the client of OFD.RU it is necessary to create previously in a personal account the folders corresponding to outlets and to sort on them cash desks. The user selects outlets according to the created folders from the interface of the chat-bot and specifies the period for which statistics is necessary. As a result the client obtains detailed information on the selected days and also diagrams for the specified period on revenues/returns and cash/non-cash payments. Besides, the entrepreneur can estimate work of cashiers for any period – what cashier carried out most of all sales who has most of all returns when the employee opened or closed change.

In two months since launch of our chat-bot this already next expansion of its functionality. Earlier we added the sending automatic notifications especially convenient for those who, for example, want to receive daily in certain time statistics of sales of the outlet. Most of users watch statistics by one day, on the second place week range.

Automatic notifications on sales

On July 24, 2018 OFD.RU announced expansion of a possibility of the free chat-bot in Viber. Now entrepreneurs can independently configure notifications on dynamics of sales in outlets which the chat-bot will automatically create and send to time specified by the client.

To configure automatic notifications, to the entrepreneur it is necessary to select the legal person from the section of Notification of the chat-bot, to specify the period for which it is necessary to create the report and to specify days of the week and time in which it needs to be sent. The user can independently select for what period he wants to receive the sales statement: in a day, for calendar week or calendar month. The report for the selected interval of dates is also available. A system will save settings and will daily send to the entrepreneur the sales statement. If it is required to replace settings, the notification it is possible to delete and create new. The number of notifications is not limited.

Since bot launch the number of its users already exceeded 1000 entrepreneurs. Automatic sending notifications will be especially convenient to those who, for example, want to receive daily in certain time statistics of sales of the outlet. It is enough to entrepreneur to configure once in the chat-bot OFD.RU of the notification, having selected convenient hours of the notification (for example, 8 p.m.) and the period ("Today") then the bot will daily send notifications. Notifications save time of the entrepreneur – now it is regularly not necessary to come into the interface of a bot, the report will automatically form.

At the same time it is not necessary to set and configure the additional software.

The functionality of a bot allows quickly at any time and in any place to receive statistics of sales in outlets per day, month or the period, to control revenue development on all or the selected cash desks and/or outlets, the number of the punched checks, the amount of the average check and other statistical data.
