Beta of the Missile defense (Beta Pro) (TopLog WMS)

In the course of integration of TopLog WMS at a warehouse of Beta PRO company the broad spectrum of the features in work of a warehouse complex connected with an intensive goods turnover and various algorithms of implementation of warehouse transactions was considered.

Changes as the flexible WMS system considering requirements of all existing and new clients was necessary for Beta PRO constantly were made to the developed engineering design.

The Billing add-on module – settlement process of services – was connected on the distribution center of the customer. Billing covers all range of warehouse transactions and gives an opportunity of calculation of services by weight and dimensional characteristics, packing materials, different units of measure and options of storage of goods.

Possibilities of the implemented warehouse management system TopLog WMS allowed:

• perform continuous tracking of the movement of goods at all stages of work with products in a warehouse;
• manage orders in process of loading in a system: from old to new;
• optimize process of management of routes in a warehouse;
• reduce quantity of errors of a human factor due to use of the shipping documentation;
• make cost accounting and the spent time for carrying out a number of workflows;
• reduce cost value of warehouse transactions. It allowed the company to manage the prices of the services more flexibly;
• provide to clients necessary reports on the executed transactions, information on terms of transfer of cash on delivery, redemptions on channels of delivery;
• introduce the KPI system for employees of the distribution center.

Thanks to automation of an inventory control, the Beta PRO company had an opportunity to provide fulfillment-services to the most different clients imposing requirements on different degree of complexity. The flexibility of TopLog WMS and an open program code allow specialists of IT service of the customer to supplement quickly a system taking into account market changes of the fulfillment and emergence of new business challenges.
