In November, 2017 PJSC Gazprom and consortium "Kodeks" signed the license agreement according to which JSC Kodeks (is a part of consortium) acquired the right to creation, implementation and database maintenance with regulating documents of PJSC Gazprom (ND Gazprom).
Implementation and database management will be exercised on a software platform Tekhekspert. Developers are going to bring base into operation in a month – in January, 2018.
The database of ND Gazprom is intended both for the staff of the head company, and for subsidiaries: the available volume of documents for "daughters" will be defined by share of PJSC Gazprom in authorized capital of DO.
ND "Gazprom" will be updated once a month. All full text service stations and P Gazprom with the program services allowing to carry out easily the analysis of the studied standards and also documents of the federal legislation will be a part of base.
According to the agreement, at emergence of new documents or updating of the status existing Gazprom will transfer texts and other necessary information of Kodeks company for reflection in base. In addition, within the license agreement "Code" had an opportunity of inclusion of some documents in structure of the professional help systems Tekhekspert. Thus, the users of systems Tekhekspert who are not entering into structures of Gazprom will also be able to get access to documents for free use in the activity.
