Softline automated document flow in "Dzhi Em AvtoVAZ"

The Softline company announced on November 23, 2017 contract management system implementation based on the solution Microsoft SharePoint in "Dzhi Em AvtoVAZ". Automation of process allowed the customer to accelerate approval of documents.

Project Tasks

For the purpose of process optimization of agreement signature, reduction of terms of approval and decrease in labor input of process the company made the decision on transition to the electronic workflow system.

Choice of the contractor and solution

The IT partner selected Softline which confirmed competences in product introduction of Microsoft of last joint projects.

As the platform for an information system the solution Microsoft SharePoint was selected. After development of a solution architecture specialists of Softline implemented fully automatic system of approval of agreements.

Implementation result

On a template of agreements the staff of "Dzhi Em AvtoVAZ" can set the list and an order of the approving departments depending on necessary parameters now. Transfer of the document on a chain of approval is automated that reduces time of introduction of adjustments. Quick search of the necessary documents is implemented according to contents, attributes and an agreement type. Heads can delegate the powers under approval to colleagues. It allows to avoid idle time of documents at unavailability of users.

Difficult nonlinear process of approval of different agreement types of system implementation based on Microsoft SharePoint was most simplified. Now it is possible to find "bottlenecks" and it is correct to distribute tasks between employees.
