On November 27, 2017 the PFU (EMEA) Limited company submitted the software for scanning of PaperStream Capture Pro.

When using about the document scanners of the fi and SP series the program gives the chance to transform paper data to business information.

The software provides scanning and consolidation of images from several sources created on the document scanners of Fujitsu of the fi and SP series and other electronic devices (the MFP or network resources). Files in the TIFF format from fax machines are suitable for the unified process using uniform methods of improvement, quality control and image processing.

PaperStream Capture Pro manages metadata of results of scanning which after check can be used for automatic indexation of the scanned files and the direction them in storage location, for example, in local or cloud archives, management systems for information resources (ECM) or document flow (DMS), according to rules and user profiles.

In the mode of multistation work administrators can use the same settings along with several users (to seven users) and to execute the decentralized transactions. The park of devices of image acquisition can be broadened according to structure of the organization, its location and the size that allows to distribute effectively workload and to delegate scanning process steps to the corresponding specialists, for example, for extraction, approval or dissemination of data. In addition, high performance is promoted by consolidation of input of the digitized data in one standardized capture process. PaperStream Capture Pro is delivered with the perpetual license: the number of the scanned pages and frequency of use of devices will not affect costs.

The PaperStream Capture Pro interface offers simple navigation and setup of a profile, process optimization of conversion of paper documents to images and indexed information. "Seamless" interaction of the software for capture of images PaperStream Capture Pro and the integrated software for optimization of images and the PaperStream IP driver excludes the possible conflicts which can arise when using third-party products. The product does not require additional training and involvement of third-party specialists, installation of updates will not cause problems, developers stated.
