Biography

Mikhail Halchevsky was born in Moscow in 1992, graduated from faculty of management in emergencies of the Moscow State Psychology and Pedagogical University (MSPPU).

Work in advertizing of the beginnings in 2009 at positions of the web designer and contextual placement specialist in the profile agencies Fenix Consult Group and Adway Promotion.

Then directed marketing department in construction business then passed to a position of the top manager on implementation of advertizing projects into the RTB-Media agency where was engaged in pro-grammatical purchases of media stock.

The following place of its work the largest Russian metasearch engine of air tickets Aviasales which invited Mikhail began to head the direction of pro-grammatical advertizing.

2017: The head of department in the OTM Group

On November 28, 2017 the advertizing OTM Group appointed Mikhail Halchevsky the head of new division of OTM controlling quality of traffic and advertizing stock. Mikhail Halchevsky held specially created position of the Head of Department of Internet advertizing in the company. Technical aspects of implementation of advertizing projects, quality control of traffic and advertizing stock of the OTM group, including Video Target companies specializing in pro-grammatical purchase of mobile video advertizing belong to its duties.
