Chaynaselkhozbank fulfilled the requirement of the regulator regarding the organization of reserve DPC

On November 28, 2017 the IXcellerate company announced the agreement about Chaynaselkhozbank on creation of the reserve platform for storage and data processing in Moscow. Operation of the contract - three years.
Project Tasks
Need of Chaynaselkhozbank for the reserve center (in addition to own data center) is caused by two factors:
- the active growth of bank and business expansion planned for 2017-2018 including plans of expansion of the customer base due to large Russian structures and the Chinese clients.
- observance of the requirements of the Bank of Russia ordering to all banks creation of reserve data processing centers.
The data center of IXcellerate is selected by bank based on the closed tender.
Project Progress
Within the contract Chaynaselkhozbank placed several racks of a basic equipment in the machine hall of data center IXcellerate Moscow One, reserved the place "under development".
Each rack with loading up to 5 kW is placed in the individual protected perimeter in the machine hall, is equipped with a control and management system for access (ACS), connected by two beams to "smart" PDU, equipped with two power blocks of distribution of power supply and one transfer switch (the device of automatic input of a reserve), connected to communication hubs of four telecom operators.
Project Results
Racks are placed in DPC with five circuits of physical security, including a biometric control system of access and protection against unauthorized penetration. All premises are equipped with sensors of early detection of smoke and sprinklers of a system of local fire extinguishing of HI-FOG allowing to liquidate ignitions pointwise and in the presence of personnel. According to SLA, IXcellerate provides availability on power supply of 99.999% (admissible idle time because of failure of power supply makes no more than 5 minutes 16 seconds a year) and supports parameters of cooling and climate in full accordance with the international standard of ASHRAE.
Services of remote technical support are provided in mode 24х7х365, as well as the backup office equipped with furniture and a conditioning system[1].
