DocsVision and SKB Kontur: Electronic archive of primary documentation

The solution "Electronic Archive of Primary Documentation" allows to create based on EDMS Docsvision the centralized storage of primary accounting documents which came to the organization as in paper form and loaded into EDMS in a type the scan copies, and received in electronic form through service "Diadoc".

2017: Announcement

At the beginning of December, 2017 the companies "SKB Kontur" and "DocsVision" presented the joint solution "Electronic Archive of Primary Documentation". The product became result of technology cooperation of SKB Kontur and DocsVision, the agreement on which was signed at the beginning of 2017. Within partnership of the party implemented exchange between the companies of electronic legally significant documents through Kontur.Diadok service directly from the system interface of electronic document management (EDMS) Docsvision.

The presented joint solution allows to automate work with primary documents, and it is, as we know, labor-intensive and resource-intensive process for any large — and even average — the organizations where primary documents go and arrive as in paper form, and in electronic. Each paper document needs to be processed manually, and electronic documents can partially be stored in the ERP system, partially in a personal account of e-document flow service. As a result two archives of "supporting documents" form: paper in which it is difficult to find documents quickly, and separate electronic.

With the solution "Electronic Archive of Primary Documentation" of the company can reduce labor costs of employees by processing of primary documents and also quickly prepare replies to the requests of regulatory authorities (for example, the Federal Tax Service) or banks.
