At the beginning of December, 2017 at office NPF Sberbank there began the work the qualified electronic employees. The first "pension" Promobot robot consultant conducts all cycle of client service independently — from primary consultation before signing of the contract on non-state pension provision.
The robot consultant — the first link of the developing technology platform using the systems of artificial intelligence which will allow to provide in the future to clients all necessary list of services and services in format 24/7 — the director of strategy and development of NPF Sberbank Alexander Prokopenkov said. Our new employees, robots, will pass at first a training in our office, and then will go to Sberbank branches and to large corporate clients. |
On a response of representatives of NPF Sberbank, the pilot project on customer service using robots became the successful digital-project of fund. Electronic consultants were trained in pension literacy, finished by parameters of speed and quality of answers to questions of visitors of office of fund.
The innovation robots were developed by the Perm company Promobot by request of NPF Sberbank.
At Promobot v.3 the sensing technology of persons is optimized, it can advise several people at the same time. Using technologies of neuronets, the robot independently selects relevant answers to questions, fluently is guided in information which is loaded into the database — the chairman of the board of directors of Promobot Alexey Yuzhakov reported. |
