Brice-Bosphorus Holding is a Russian manufacturer and supplier of shoes. The area of activity of the holding covers production, warehouse and transport logistics, as well as distribution in Russia, near and far abroad, including deliveries of products to network and traditional outlets, sale through its own chain of stores.
History
2021: The court introduced a surveillance procedure against the company
In April 2021, the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory introduced a monitoring procedure against Vyacheslav Zykov, the borrower of Vostochny Bank, Brice-Bosphorus. The latter was not only the co-founder of the Leaders Club Artem Avetisyan, he was represented on direct lines by the President of Russia as an entrepreneur.
2019: The Central Bank draws attention to problems with the loans of the enterprise
Brice-bosphorus problems were noticed in February 2019 after an audit by the Central Bank of Vostochny Bank. It was found that there are problems with corporate loans at the bank and signs of asset withdrawal. Then, according to the results of the audit, the Central Bank estimated the amount of necessary completion of reserves in a financial organization at 16.677 billion rubles.
2017: Construction plan for a footwear company in Novorossiysk
In February 2017, Vetanna LLC (part of the Brees-Bosphorus group of companies and also bankrupt) announced plans to build a shoe manufacturing enterprise in Novorossiysk. The company concluded an agreement in the framework of the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi. Then it was reported about plans to invest 737.9 million rubles in the project.
The company gained loans from banks, but in September 2017, the company's management said that the deadlines for commissioning the shoe factory in Novorossiysk had changed - instead of 2017, it was planned to launch shoe production in 2018. Then the project was postponed again. As of March 2019, the company has not been commissioned.
