The product "Retsepturnik" (for 1C:Enterprise 8)" is intended for loading in standard programs of the 1C: Enterprise system of calculation of these electronic collections of compoundings of dishes and standard menus and also contains preview players of contents of these collections in an evident type.

Features and program capabilities:

  • Viewing electronic collections of compoundings of dishes and standard menus;
  • Data loading from electronic collections in working information base of a system of calculation, for example "1C: Plant of a planned power supply", "1C: Medicine. Dietary power supply", "1C: School power supply", "1C: Preschool power supply"; full or partial load of data is possible;
  • Unloading of data from professional programs "1C: Plant of a planned power supply", "1C: Medicine. Dietary power supply", "1C: School power supply", "1C: A preschool power supply" in the form of electronic collections.
  • When viewing the electronic collection its data are displayed in an evident type. Given each node (dishes or the menu) to mozhnorazvernut, for products and dishes hyperlinks are provided.

The scope of information in the electronic collection of compoundings:

  • The name, type of a dish, number in the collection, an exit, a source (from what edition the compounding is taken);
  • Consumption rates of products: quantities gross, net;
  • Regulations of withdrawal (losses) of products at cold processing; regulations can be set number or the reference book of seasonal regulations;
  • Data on possible replacements of products in a dish;
  • The text of process description of preparation of a dish, the short description of a dish (for the price list);
  • Appearance (image) of a dish;
  • Data on nutrition value;
  • Data on accessory of dishes to different diets (diets);
  • The enclosure of dishes is allowed;
  • For each collection of compoundings data on the name, the author, appearance (the printing primary source), date of the edition, a surname responsible for drawing up, operators, etc. are stored;
  • Standard menus contain in the collection on days and weeks, separately for each diet (diet).
