Tornado Modular Systems automate the Kemerovo state district power plant

In January, 2018 it became known of completion of installation and adjustment of the automated system of technology control (ASTC) of parameters of the capital and ancillary technology equipment on the Kemerovo state district power plant. In an implementation scope of 2017 - 1242 channels of input-output, the first stage of implementation of ASTK cover boiler unit No. 13 and ASTEP (The Automated system of calculation of Technical and economic Indicators) of the station.

In a work progress automation of collecting and preprocessing of information with replacement of outdated sensors and KIP devices by the modern equipment and the automated workplace installation by workers jobs of drivers is performed, automatic transfer of the current and archive technology information on the production ACS level is provided, technical specialists and heads of the Kemerovo state district power plant and Siberian Generation Company LLC are provided with reliable operational and retrospective information now.

System implementation increases resistance of the Kemerovo state district power plant to failures and accidents, due to tracking of all parameters of the equipment in real time, increase in increase in efficiency and quality of production management. The technology information collected and processed by ASTK is transferred to the ASTEP complex - a software information calculating package of support of production processes of thermal power plants. After complete project implementation a system will cover all stations of group of energoholding that will create conditions for global optimization of schedule performance of heat and electric load with the greatest cost efficiency.

The central part of ASTK is the Tornado-N software and hardware complex (SHC) developed by Tornado Modular Systems company and including the programmable automation equipment and other computer aids. Except PTK the equipment of field level is composition: sensors, secondary devices, counters of electrical energy.

As software of the Application server AISTSrv is used (it is also developed in the company). The automated workplace of the engineer of ASTK is equipped with the necessary specialized software engineering packages allowing to solve problems of service and modification of a system:

• programs of remote loading of the application software in technology controllers;
• diagnostic aids and detection of faults;
• means of backup and recovery of controllers;
• the editor of setup parameters in controllers;
• configurator of PTK.
