2018: System prototype
Laboratory of joint innovations NLMK-SAP also National Center of Internet of Things (NCIT) developed a 3D system prototype - positioning of employees in the conditions of a production facility — the unit of continuous hot galvanizing No. 1 of the Lipetsk platform of NLMK Group.
A system allows to receive and analyze in real time information on change of operation modes of the equipment and movements of employees. Events which are fixed and collect in the database allow to carry out the analysis of actions of personnel necessary for solutions in the field of health protection, industrial security, personnel management and contract organizations. A system will allow to warn about risks in the field of security and labor protection and to beforehand eliminate them. Transfer of a system to commercial operation is studied.
The prototype was created in short terms — in 3 months. The solution was developed using a cloud platform of SAP Cloud Platform, the system of positioning RTLS-UWB, 3D technologies - visualization and wireless data transmission of LoRaWAN.
NTsIV acted as the technology partner of the project. The prototype was created on the real unit intended for production of metal rolling for automotive industry, construction, home appliances.
