Atlant-M, an international automobile holding company, is the largest association of companies in the CIS (Russia, Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus) specializing in the sale, warranty and service of cars, as well as in the supply of spare parts.

The company has been operating in the market for 20 years (1991 -2011). In 2011, the holding includes 31 automobile enterprises, the total number of employees is 3,686 people.

The companies of Atlant-M Holding are importers and official dealers of the world's leading car manufacturers. The Atlant-M brand portfolio includes 19 car brands: Volkswagen, Skoda, Mazda, Opel, Hummer, Ford, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Land Rover, KIA, Renault and others.

In the Republic of Belarus, Atlant-M occupies the first place in the market of new foreign cars, controlling over 20% of the market.

According to Forbes magazine's annual rating of the 200 largest non-public companies, Atlant-M Holding ranks 77th.

According to the results of the TOP-100 best Ukrainian companies, the Atlant-M holding takes 4th place in the ranking of car dealers in Ukraine.

Activity

Atlant-M specializes in the sale, warranty and service of cars, as well as the sale of spare parts. More than 29 car centers are located in 11 cities: Brest, Dnepropetrovsk, Kiev, Minsk, Moscow, Orel, St. Petersburg, Smolensk, Tyumen, Kharkov, Yaroslavl. He is a dealer of Volkswagen, Skoda, Toyota, Lexus, Ford, Chevrolet, Opel, Kia, Hummer, SAAB, Land Rover, Cadillac, Volvo, Mazda, Nissan and other brands (a total of 18 names). Works in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.

History

• September 10, 1991 - the date of foundation of the automobile holding "Atlant-M." For the first time, seats were purchased on the Russian Automobile Exchange. Initially, the Atlant-M product portfolio included brands of domestic production (VAZ, MAZ).
• 1994 - a cooperation agreement was signed with Volkswagen AG, part of which was a dealer agreement on the Volkswagen brand in the Republic of Belarus.
• 1998 - similar dealer agreements on the Volkswagen brand were signed in the Russian Federation.
• 1999 - the contract of the general importer Volkswagen AG in the Republic of Belarus was signed, a controlling stake in the general importer Volkswagen AG in Ukraine (Interkar Ukraine) was acquired. In the same year, a direct dealer contract was signed with Mazda Motor Co in the Republic of Belarus.
• 2000 - Atlant-M holding opened in Ukraine the largest Volkswagen dealership in Eastern Europe (Kiev and Kiev region).
• 2001 - signed: protocol of intent with Skoda Auto a.s., dealer contract with General Motors CIS and GM-Avtovaz in the Russian Federation (St. Petersburg).
• 2002 - Opel, Saab, Chevrolet, Hummer dealership was opened in St. Petersburg. In the same year, a dealership contract was signed with Ford Motor Company in the Republic of Belarus.
• 2004 - a dealership contract was signed with Skoda Motor in Moscow.
• 2005 - a dealership contract was signed with KIA Motors and PAG to obtain the status of an official dealer of Jaguar and Land Rover in the Republic of Belarus.
• 2006 - the new official dealer Cadillac, Chevrolet, Hummer, Opel, Saab in Russia (St. Petersburg) became part of the Atlant-M international automobile holding.
• 2007 - Atlant-M included a Skoda dealer in Ukraine (Kharkov), new dealerships were opened in Russia: Ford (Smolensk), Opel and Chevrolet (Orel).
• 2008 - dealerships for the sale and maintenance of Ford and Kia (Minsk Belarus), Nissan (Kharkov - Ukraine) were opened.
• 2010 - a dealership for the sale and maintenance of Volkswagen (Minsk) was opened.
• 2011 - Renault dealerships (Kharkov - Ukraine) and Volkswagen (Smolensk - Russia) were opened.
