"System implementation of electronic document management based on the TESSA platform and setup of the following blocks of document flow:

• Automation of work of collegiate organs: the complex business process covering all stages of preparation of documentation for work of collegiate organs of VTB Factoring
• Automation of work of office: registration of the entering / outgoing documents, control of performing discipline, organizational and administrative documentation and memos.

Key tasks which are solved within implementation of EDMS TESSA are:

• Business processing of documents regarding formation, approvals and signings of Solutions of the authorized person / body is simulated;
• Reports on execution of solutions are designed;
• The system of notifications is customized;
• Printed forms on templates of VTB Faktoring LLC are created;
• Mobile approval is configured so that from mobile devices it was possible to approve solutions of the authorized person / body;
• An opportunity to sign documents both with the unqualified, and qualified electronic signature is provided.
• Work of office regarding registration of the entering/proceeding documentation, control of performing discipline, ORD and SZ is automated.
