Version of ChatBox-BP 1.4

On August 9, 2018 the St. Petersburg company "KOMPAS" announced release of upgraded version of the mobile application of ChatBox-BP intended first of all for production communication.

The version of ChatBox-BP which carries number 1.4 includes a set of the completions connected first of all with improvement of the interface. Now all intuitively and easy-to-customizely, a server part is started as the normal Windows application with the interface. There completely will transfer all functions from the Administrator's web office and also many additional functions, the most important of which is the ability to integrate with the official site of the company – the user for the purpose of technical support online or online-sales, are added.

The application implements the following functions:

• create a standing private group for communication, having set in it access of users to a certain part;
• transfer the file (a photo, the document, the presentation, etc.);

St. Petersburg the company "Compass" in January, 2018 released mobile application ChatBox-BP with support OS Android and Windows, intended for the organization of discussion of production questions and exchange of documents and minimization of expenses on these procedures. It can work both in the local area network, and through internet.

Main features of the application of ChatBox-BP:

• all data by transfer are ciphered that provides degree of privacy which cannot be reached during creation of group on any social network;
• the application works together with the CRM system organizer "the Compass: Marketing and Management", thus, it can be used as independently, and as a part of a multifunction industrial enterprise management system;
• simplicity of installation of the server.

Though the main potential users of ChatBox-BP are work collectives, it can be also useful in family and companionship — when the increased privacy is a necessary condition, noted in Compass.

It is possible download server and client parts of ChatBox-BP on the special page of the official site^[1] of Kompas company. In addition, a client part for Android can be downloaded on the website of Google Play.^[2] (to 3 users) is established free of charge.
