X-Com upgraded infrastructure of corporate printing of Royal city hospital

The H-Com company in January, 2018 announced Korolyev project completion of upgrade of the park of a copy printing equipment of city hospital.

Contractor Selection

The choice of the contractor of the project was performed on the basis of an open competition which participants were Russian suppliers of office equipment. X-Com предложила sales terms of the project and the subsequent hardware maintenance, optimal according to the customer, therefore acquired the right of the conclusion of the public contract.

Project Progress

During the project examination of an information system of hospital is conducted, workflows and structure of document flow between the staff of organization and external partners are analyzed. A set of recommendations about upgrade of the park of a copy printing equipment of the customer providing inclusion in IT infrastructure of the additional Kyocera Ecosys M2040dn multi-function printers was as a result developed.

Kyocera M2040dn is the fast multi-function printer allowing to optimize paper document flow in the state and commercial organization. The automatic feeder of documents, large volume of RAM provide the high scanning speed and printings, and function of a letter printing will save employees of a state institution from routine transactions. The built-in LCD display does control of the device simple and clear.

Result

In total a project framework 100 modern Kyocera MFPs are integrated into an information system of the customer that, on a response of representatives of city hospital, provided growth of speed and quality of work of administration and medical personnel of organization.

The project is implemented in strict accordance with terms of the contract on the volume and terms. The integrator is ready to provide the qualified hardware maintenance of the customer and also his warranty and post warranty repair.
