Kyocera Ecosys is a line of printing devices from Kyocera Document Solutions.

2018: M8124cidn/M8130cidn/M4125idn/M4132idn

The Kyocera Document Solutions company in January, 2018 presented models of monochrome and color MFPs of A3 format at the Russian market. Devices support functions of wireless and cloud printing.

In total the company announced four models which succeeded the previous generation a line of Ecosys of A3 format:

• The color Ecosys M8124cidn and Ecosys M8130cidn models — replaced FS-C8520MFP and FS-C8525MFP respectively
• The monochrome Ecosys M4125idn and Ecosys M4132idn models — replaced FS-6525MFP and FS-6530MFP respectively

The updated line of the MFP differs in high resolution of printing — 1200х1200 dpi instead of 600х600 dpi. All provided models work at the HyPAS platform (Hybrid Platform for Advanced Solutions).

Besides, at color MFPs the print speed from 20 and 25 pages of A4 formats a minute to 24 and 30 respectively increased. At the same time exit time from the mode of Dream to 10s at monochrome models and to 16s — at color was reduced. And thanks to the touch display with intuitive navigation work with documents became quicker and more pleasantly, claim in Kyocera.

On September 25, 2017 the Kyocera Document Solutions company announced start in the Russian market of the Ecosys P8060cdn laser printer. The device is expected use in the large companies.

The color printer of Ecosys P8060cdn prints with a speed of black-and-white / color print of 60/55 pages of A4 format in a minute. He is capable to process more than seven thousand sheets. The functionality of the printer is maintained:

• the solid state drive (SSD) on 8 GB,
• hard drive (HDD) with a capacity of 320 GB.

For access to necessary functions P8060cdn have a touch HyPAS display with a diagonal of 22.8 cm. This model can print in SRA3 format.

For January 27, 2017 Ecosys m5526cdw and Ecosys m2640idw - lines of compact color and monochrome laser printing devices.

On January 27, 2017 the Kyocera Document Solutions company officially provided lines of compact color and black-and-white laser printing devices of the Ecosys m5526cdw and m2640idw series in Russia. Performance and dimensions are focused on use in averages and the small working groups.

Devices are equipped with components with the increased service life, corresponding to the general concept of replacement of a toner, but not a drum and the block of development of earlier set operation period. It provides a device resource to 100 thousand pages that allows not to change components throughout service life^[1].

Support of wireless printing for devices on platforms Android and Apple iOS. Using a special application of Kyocera MyPanel convenient and simple access to device management from the is provided to users smartphones. The line of color Kyocera MFPs includes P5026cdn printers; P5026cdw; P5021cdn; P5021cdw, M5526cdn MFP (4-v-1); M5526cdw; M5521cdn; M5521cdw.

A series of black-and-white laser m2640idw devices consists of four MFPs "4 in 1" (M2640idw, M2540dn, M2735dw, M2635dn), two MFPs "3 in 1" (M2040dn, M2135dn) and four printers (P2040dw, P2040dn, P2235dw, P2235dn). Features of models: the compact sizes and weight reduced in comparison with the previous models by 22%. The low level of noise, due to reduction of fans of cooling with 4 to 1 is provided. Work with paper, including duplex scanning is improved. The print speed is increased (up to 40 p. in min. at the senior models and up to 35 p. in min. at younger models). The quality of a print became higher with the resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi.

Ecosys m2640idw, (2017)

The HyPAS function (Hybrid Platform for Advanced Solutions) became available to the M2640idw model – this platform is intended for development of individual software for the customer's tasks. A basis of HyPAS are the Web Service technology and a hybrid technology created based on Java programming. Solutions allow to interact with external servers and to use the built-in applications. HyPAS gives the chance to make document flow of the enterprise more effective, due to setup of functions of copying, additional options of the interface and automation of workflows.
