As of January, 2018, Inna Kulikova is the director of the department of health care of the Tyumen region, the member of the government.

Biography

Was born on February 5, 1968 in the village. Rooks of the Kazan district of the Tyumen region.

In 1991 graduated from the Tyumen state medical institute majoring in "Medical case", in 1999 Law graduated from the Tyumen state university majoring in.

Labor activity of the beginning in 1991 the doctor of emergency medical service of the station of emergency medical service of the city of Tyumen.

1999 — 2005 — territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Tyumen region. Passed a way from the leading specialist to the head of department.

2005 — 2013 — the chief physician of a regional antitubercular clinic of the city of Tyumen.

In March, 2020 Inna Kulikova passed to work  into the federal Ministry of Health. In April of the 2020th she  became the adviser   to the Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko, and in May  was appointed  the Head of Department of the organization of the emergency medical care and risk management to health.  Instead of Kulikova Departament of health care of the Tyumen region Natalya Loginova headed.
