Manufactura Moderna de Metales automated production management based on IFS Applications

On January 29, 2018 the IFS company announced optimization and control automation by production of company MMM based on the IFS Applications system.

Since the beginning of use of IFS Applications MMM doubled the income from 30 million euros in 2013 to 60 million euros in 2017. The key role in increase in profit was played by the ERP solution IFS which 800 users work in divisions of the company in Spain, Russia and Romania.

Using IFS Applications for optimization and control automation by production, development, projects, finance, maintenance, quality and the personnel, MMM could perform implementation of the reliable, high-speed, effective tools providing visual representation of business processes. MMM achieved the goal which was in that its divisions were identical on structure and the organization of a labor activity worldwide. It means that at coincidence of operational processes in all branches of the company one plant can fully interpret data and actions of other plants, increasing transparency and business performance.
