The BS/2 Kazakhstan company, affiliated enterprise of the Lithuanian company BS/2, in January, 2018 signed the agreement with DB of JSC Sberbank in Kazakhstan according to which the company will render services for network of devices of self-service of bank.
In general BS/2 Kazakhstan there is a housekeeping task in total more than one thousand items of equipment of Sberbank in Kazakhstan.
As of January, the network of bank in Kazakhstan contains 16 branches and 67 departments through the whole country. BS/2 and Sberbank cooperate since 2006. During this time the Lithuanian company delivered to the client more than 500 ATMs. Besides, at the beginning of 2017 in two Sberbank branches in the cities Almaty Astana the innovation hardware-software complexes of VTM.iQ which allow to get advice of the employee of the bank in the mode were also set video conferences, to perform different operations with bank accounts, to enter or remove cash, to receive the bank card, to exchange currency and to pay services.

According to the head of BS/2 maintenance department Gintaras Petkyavichyus, for the purpose of successful customer service of BS/2 Kazakhstan uses the software of Service Desk.iQ intended for optimization of difficult business processes, booking, job sharing and control of their accomplishment in real time.
